I know. I didn&amp;#8217;t do shit these last two days. Usually I&amp;#8217;m like &amp;#8220;No, No, NO, you don&amp;#8217;t need a rest day unless you really NEED one&amp;#8230;like if you&amp;#8217;re in pain or something, but if you&amp;#8217;re a little sore and you can push through&amp;#8230;just push through.&amp;#8221; Well boys and girls&amp;#8230;mostly girls&amp;#8230;.I&amp;#8217;ve done fucked up. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t know what type of stimulant slipped into my system on Friday, but I was on some other shit. I ran for a few miles in the morning, which you&amp;#8217;re probably like&amp;#8230;&amp;#8221;Oh, that&amp;#8217;s not that bad..&amp;#8221; But I live in Tallahassee, meaning HILLS EVERYWHERE. Then I came home and did Level 3 of 30 day shred, and I didn&amp;#8217;t just do it normally. I was on total beast mode. I kept up with Natalie the whole way&amp;#8230;at one point I even PAUSED the video to do some extra leg lifts because I wasn&amp;#8217;t feeling the burn. Crazy I know. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I ended up going dancing that same night. So I went out in 5 inch heels and continued to drop it like it&amp;#8217;s hot for about 6 hours. And I ended up dancing on a stage, so I didn&amp;#8217;t want to look like I couldn&amp;#8217;t keep up, so I stayed at the club WAYYYY longer than anyone in 5 inch heels should have stayed. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yea folks, I ended up doing the most. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Needless to say, I woke up the next morning and my legs felt like I spent the night in a high energy Beyonce music video, instead of the club. Like, I had to roll out of bed and hobble to the kitchen because I couldn&amp;#8217;t walk normally. Bad&amp;#8230;real bad. And to top it off I hadn&amp;#8217;t gotten a good nights sleep in like 4 days&amp;#8230;sooooo&amp;#8230;.I needed to take a rest day. Actually rest weekend. All I did was sleep and clean my apartment, and then I went to work&amp;#8230;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I feel like I fell of the bandwagon for a little bit&amp;#8230;.I also calorie cycle, so I used this weekend as a high calorie weekend. So I was eating more than usual. Eh, whatever. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TODAY THOUGH&amp;#8230;TODAY IS A NEW DAY. Meaning, I&amp;#8217;m getting right back into it. I literally only have 5 days left of the shred, and I&amp;#8217;ve only taken about a total of 3 rest days so far. So, hopefully, today when I do some squats, my legs will be kind enough to let me get back up. Woo! &lt;/p&gt;

Whoop Whoop! Level Two was hard as balls. I felt like I was getting a serious Arm and Core workout. But now that&amp;#8217;s over (Yippy!) AND I started Level Three (God help me). Level Three,however, feels like I&amp;#8217;m getting a serious leg and core workout. It hurts. But in that crazy-masochistic-i-want-it-to-&lt;em&gt;burn&lt;/em&gt; way. =)  Also, today is day 21! You know that saying that it takes 21 days to form a habit? YEA, WELL I FORMED ONE OF THOSE. I mean I&amp;#8217;ve been feeling like this for the last week, but I do feel weird if I don&amp;#8217;t workout for at least 30 mins a day now. I haven&amp;#8217;t taken any breaks really (I&amp;#8217;ve done rest days, where I just do Jillian and not my 2 mile run&amp;#8230;and that&amp;#8217;s it..so don&amp;#8217;t freak out on me..) and now my body is use to doing some type of repeated activity a day. Which is great. As always, I strongly encourage breaks if needed. I&amp;#8217;m planning on doing Ripped in 30 next, and I&amp;#8217;M DEFINITELY GOING TO HAVE MY REST DAYS. But for now I&amp;#8217;m fine. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Measurements and Weight &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Personally I don&amp;#8217;t weigh or measure myself the standard way that everyone else does I guess. I judge my progress based on my clothes and endurance level. However, I did  weigh myself the other day at a friends house just out of curiosity, and I&amp;#8217;ve lost 8lbs. Even though it doesn&amp;#8217;t really seem like it&amp;#8230;which is why I never like to weigh myself in the first place lol. My clothes have been feeling loser, and recently I&amp;#8217;ve had more confidence about wearing sleeveless tops&amp;#8230;you know, it&amp;#8217;s really the little things in life ;) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Final Thoughts/ Words of Wisdom &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Just don&amp;#8217;t stop&lt;/strong&gt;. Honestly, I know it&amp;#8217;s hard and sometimes you may feel a little bored, or you&amp;#8217;re not seeing the results that you would like to see right away, but you&amp;#8217;ve come too far to give up. Just keep pushing through.   Hold on to the little things, like being able to do more push ups or walking up a flight of stairs and not feeling like you&amp;#8217;re gasping for your life. Those are SIGNS OF IMPROVEMENT. The little things are what comes first, and then you&amp;#8217;ll start seeing the major improvements ( like muscle definition, abs, etc) later on! You just got to hang in there.&lt;strong&gt; It is okay to fall of the band wagon for a day. &lt;/strong&gt;Seriously. You may be on a rest day and you&amp;#8217;re in your kitchen cooking something healthy, and you&amp;#8217;ve noticed that your roommate bought some chocolate chip cookies. They even offered you some earlier. But you, being the healthy-eat-clean-fitblr person you are, politely denied. But now you&amp;#8217;re craving it. JUST EAT THE DAMN COOKIE. SERIOUSLY, IT&amp;#8217;S NOT GOING TO MAKE YOU GAIN FIFTY POUNDS. You&amp;#8217;ll be fine. If you can control yourself and have one or even two (Jesus take the wheel) you&amp;#8217;ll be okay. It&amp;#8217;s okay to give in a little now, so you don&amp;#8217;t give up a lot later. &lt;strong&gt;ALWAYS FIND INSPIRATION. &lt;/strong&gt;Tumblr is a great place to start! I always look up fitness tags before and after my work out. It&amp;#8217;s great to see other people offer words of encouragement and their stories. But, remember it&amp;#8217;s important to find inspiration within yourself.&lt;em&gt; Always&lt;/em&gt; do it for yourself. Yes, you have to learn to love the body that you were given. But that&amp;#8217;s a sorry excuse not to workout. I mean, I was given a car, but it doesn&amp;#8217;t mean I don&amp;#8217;t give it a tune-up once in a while, and make sure it&amp;#8217;s clean. Self Love and Acceptance means you love yourself enough to keep yourself mentally and physically strong and healthy. Never forget that. &lt;/p&gt;
